Electronic Records Study Commission of 1999

The Electronic Records Study Commission was created by the passage of Act 1060 of 1999The Commission was mandated to study public access to electronic or computerized records under the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act of 1967. The commission was tasked to serve in an advisory capacity and was responsible for developing recommendations for amendments to the FOIA for consideration by the 83rd General Assembly.
