DIAMONDS allows D I S to provide online billing invoices and associated detail. If you no longer wish to receive your printed invoice please contact the DIS Billing Section at DIS.Billing@arkansas.gov.

All services provided by D I S will be billed through DIAMONDS. You will notice that your Data Processing charges and the associated detail have been integrated with your Telecommunications billing.

(NOTE: DIS will be integrating an expired password notification process. Currently if your password has expired you will
not be notified. You will just fail the login process. We have provided a link below that allows you to change your password. According to the C I O’s password change policy you must change your password every 90 days.)
