Video Migration

1. Please configure the CODEC of your H.323 video conferencing system as soon as possible.

2. Before the new circuit has been installed, extended, and the new router has been installed; please be sure that the video LAN has been properly segmented (see Video and Data Network Segmentation White Paper).

3.  If you have problems with your CODEC configuration or network connection you can call DIS at (501) 683-1391 for assistance.

4. After your new router has been installed and you are ready to place a test call; contact the number for SBC on the video installation checklist.

5. Once your test call has been successfully completed and all steps on the video installation checklist have been completed; fax the completed checklist to DIS, Attention: Max Kolstad at (501) 682-4310

Please note: video systems will not be authorized for use on the State Video Network until the completed and signed form has been faxed to DIS
