A: Friday, January 30, 2004, will be the last day to submit service request for new phones, existing phone or service upgrades or changes to existing phones or services.
Q: Is there an ordering freeze period?
A: Yes. In order to accurately account for all customer activity and be able to end the existing contract no later than April 9, 2004, no service request will be accepted from February 1 - April 9, 2004.

A: Yes, IF your number's prefix is from one of the following Arkansas counties: Crittenden, Faulkner, Lonoke, Pulaski or Saline. You can only port your local wireless number. You cannot port your phone.

A: It is imperative that a vendor selection be made prior to the April 9 deadline or service will be interrupted.
Q: What about my existing personal employee plan?
