What is the Service?
If you are already a subscriber to any D I S network
data service, you are eligible for Networking Equipment
Rental. D I S will rent equipment to customers that
can send packets to the correct LAN segment, and
propose other equipment solutions to meet your agency’s
specific requirements.
What is included?
Equipment available for rent from D I S includes:
- Routers with security features
- Switches
- Firewalls
What should the customer expect?
D I S conducts network monitoring with eHealth and
Spectrum, which are network management tools that
pinpoint and correct problems and provide performance
reports.
How do we charge?
Rates are based on the type of equipment needed.

Customer Responsibilities
Before reporting “out of service,” please
ensure all devices are plugged in and on. If problems
occur, contact the D I S Call Center at 501.682.HELP.
Lead Time
Lead times vary and depend upon the details of the
service needed.
