VNet, The Statewide Interactive Video User's Group

VNet, the Arkansas Interactive Video Network, is the Network for Compressed Video Users in the State of Arkansas (formerly "Starnet"). The group is primarily comprised of CIV coordinators, facilitators and technicians from higher educational institutions. Some administrators and faculty are also participants.

The current VNet officers are:
President: Dave Phillips, University of Arkansas Community College at Hope
Vice-President: Don McCabe, Arkansas State University at Beebe
Secretary: Clint Brooks, NorthWest Arkansas Community College
