Telephone Services
What is the Service?
D I S has the ability to offer several voice
mail features to our Centrex telephone service.
Most organizations have invested in various
types of messaging technology, each addressing
a different business challenge. For example,
information retrieval may be offered via Interactive
Voice Response ( I V R ), while messaging is
offered via voice mail. These technologies,
typically from different vendors, seldom can
communicate with each other. D I S Centrex
Voice Mail solutions enable you to mix these
various technologies.
