Attended Calls (Operator Assisted)

Seasoned conference professionals acting as your personal event consultant will take your reservation over the phone matching your business needs with our many enhanced event features. At the time of your conference, World Class Conferencing Conference Coordinators will host your event, greeting each of your invited participants and placing them into your conference. A lead Conference Coordinator will assist you with the administration of any of the enhanced features you selected when scheduling your event. The goal of this service is to provide a high touch atmosphere while freeing up your time to focus on the content of the conference call.

Automated Calls (On-Demand) *
A convenient form of audio conference calling that provides you with the utmost in flexibility along with a wide array of useful features. World Class Conferencing puts this convenient state of the art service in your hands for use 24 hours a day, seven days a week, eliminating the need to make a reservation for those day-to-day conference calls. Simply provide your dial in information to your participants and open the call with your moderator PIN at the time you designated. In addition, there is a multitude of features that you may choose from to help enhance your conferencing experience. Features like dialing out to an additional participant, holding a pre conference roll call, or even recording a live session on the fly are all available at your fingertips at anytime.

Hybrid Calls
An adaptable form of audio conference calling that provides you with added scalability while helping you maintain your costs. The same accommodating World Class Conferencing operations team that manage your Attended Service will assist you in the scheduling and hosting of your next Hybrid event. Once again, seasoned conference professionals act, as your personal event consultant to take your reservation over the phone matching your business needs to our many enhanced event features. The only difference between our Hybrid Service and our Attended Service is at the point of joining a conference call. With our Hybrid Service, participants are placed into the correct conference when they enter the passcode that is issued when scheduling an event. From this point a lead Conference Coordinator will assist you with the administration of any of the enhanced features you selected when scheduling your event. The goal of this service is to provide scalability for larger events while helping you to manage to your budget.

Web Conferencing
A web-based, hosted service with no up-front costs for new hardware or software. If you have a telephone and Internet connection, you can hold a Web meeting right from your desktop. With our integrated data solution delivered within a standard Web browser, you can hold meetings over the Internet from virtually any desktop, laptop, or wireless handheld device. Taking advantage of multimedia presentation formats, including PowerPoint with animations and Macromedia Flash, you can wow your audience and provide a most compelling online meeting experience. With powerful features, you can start a meeting from any application, integrate live audio, video and data, share multiple presentations, annotate documents, and record, edit, and playback meeting content.

* Please note that our Automated Audio service is designed for meetings with less than 100 participants. While our Attended Audio Services (Operator Assisted) will support 100+ participants, this service should be used for conferences where there is going to be a fair amount of interaction, or when the chairperson and/or audience is not experienced in conducting large audio meetings.
