Easy to start, simple to use
To signup, click on the links below for either automated audio conferencing or attended audio conferencing. Then it is as simple as 1-2-3:
1. Invite your participants to join your meeting at a designated time.
2. Supply them with the toll free (Participants in United States or Canada) or toll (International Participants) access number along with your room number. Upon the start of your conference, your participants will be placed on music hold.
3. When you are ready to start your conference simply dial the toll free access number and enter your room number at the prompt followed by your Chairperson PIN. You are now ready to start your conference. Easy to use enhanced features such as muting and roll calls are available for your use throughout your conference.
