D I S Windows Desktop Support provides desktop and LAN services support onsite and by phone, and remote assistance to contracted agencies, boards, and commissions in the State of Arkansas. D I S Windows Desktop Support staff is also available to troubleshoot connectivity problems and refer them to the proper entities for a solution.

What should the customer expect?

Professionally trained technicians are available to quickly diagnose problems and offer resolutions Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a. m. to 4:30 p. m. After hours support is available for critical issues.
